Delivery Schedule
We only ship from Mondays to Friday.
We are currently only able to deliver to customers in the UK Mainland and Isle of Man.
Once your order is shipped, you will be notified by email and can track your parcel via a tracking link.
For customers requiring Nationwide, delivery dates will be Wednesday to Friday only.
Order Deadlines
Currently, orders can be made with delivery dates up to 7 days from the order date. However, there are cut off points each day should you require next-day delivery within Greater London.
* Order by 10am on Monday for delivery on Tuesday
* Order by 10am Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday
* Order by 10am on Wednesday for delivery Thursday
* Orders by 10am on Thursday for delivery Friday
*Please keep an eye on your emails and the tracking link to track your parcel, making sure to check your spam folder for any updates.
*If you need your parcel by a certain day or special occasion, please do let us know in your order notes and we will do our best to prioritise your order!
*Orders to Northern Scotland and the Isle of Man will take 48 hours to be delivered
Orders to Northern Scotland
Due to recent issues we’ve experienced with parcels shipped to the Scottish Isles, delivery to these areas is currently unavailable.
However, we are able to ship orders to the following postcodes in Northern Scotland using a 48-hour delivery service with DHL:
* AB31 to AB38
* AB40 to AB56
* IV1 to 28
* IV30 to 32
* IV36 & 40
* IV52 to 54
* IV63
* KW1 to 14
* PA21 to PA38
* PH4 to PH41
* PH49 to PH50
Should your address be located in one of the postcodes listed above, you will need to choose our 48-hour shipment option to Northern Scotland, and not the 24-hour option for UK Mainland delivery.
Orders to Northern Ireland
Unfortunately, due to new Brexit restrictions, we are currently unable to ship parcels to Northern Ireland.
Collecting from the shop
Customers will be notified by email when their orders are ready for collection and can collect during our store opening hours, which can be found on our homepage and on Google.
